Jerry Willis - bio
Having been saved by the grace of God at an early age, I have experienced God's lavish blessings including the pleasure of 29 years of marriage with Betsy and more than twenty years discipling our eight children. Eight years ago God called me into public ministry, and I am currently a pastor/elder at Heritage Baptist Church in Arizona. I am passionate about personal discipleship that comes alongside fellow believers in Jesus Christ. My goals are to help others view the events of life from a biblical perspective and to walk out the implications of the gospel to the glory of God.

What Other People are Saying about Jerry

“The first time I heard Jerry was at the Southwest Family Vision Conference in Mesa, Arizona. I'm always curious how certain speakers address the topic of biblical worldview, history and science so I find myself gravitating towards this topic. Often I'm not impressed by how a speaker handles the topic, but not with Jerry. I was so impressed with Jerry that I found myself recommending him alongside Voddie Baucham in the same sentence to people who asked how it went. I enthusiastically recommend him as a speaker you should listen to!”
~ Greg Thornberg, Author/Speaker, Father of 12 Homeschooled Children

“Jerry Willis is a dear friend of mine - a man I would trust with the deepest levels of accountability. His preaching is convicting, genuine, and solidly biblical. Anyone wanting to hide from the real walk with Christ will want to stay away from his messages. By the same token, anyone wanting to submit themselves to biblical scrutiny will be glad to have this humble servant delivering the message...it will be done with sincerity and compassion.”
~ Rob Hudelson, Pastor of Legacy Baptist, Father of 7 Homeschooled Children
